Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for jewellery that is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and certificates (if any) intact.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Jewellery that shows signs of wear, scratches, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Used, worn, or customized jewellery items (engraved or altered) are not eligible for return.
Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotions may not be eligible for return unless defective.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging are required for verification.
Once approved, a replacement or refund will be processed.
4. Return Process

After approval, instructions for return shipping will be provided.
Jewellery must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
5. Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
6. Refund Process
Refunds are processed after the returned jewellery is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
It may take 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
7. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Only eligible items meeting return conditions can be exchanged.
8. Important Notes
Slight color or finish variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or natural metal/stone characteristics and are not considered defects.
